This seminar is for early career researchers who find networking to be tedious, boring, or even worse, a total waste of time. We will help you develop a network based on genuine connections so you have a solid base for industry and external engagement. We will give you some techniques for building your professional network that even shy introverts can do well.

- How to be more employable in the private sector - spaces still available

Registration opens 1.15pm
If you want to ace the interview for that perfect private sector job, this seminar will give you a big advantage over the other scientists and engineers who apply. We will discuss five specific working habits that are essential in the private sector, you will hear stories to illustrate why they are so important, and we will discuss how to start developing these working habits today.
