Biomedical researchers are invited to join Dr Mark Slack from Evotec and Professor Scott Webster to learn about beLAB1407, the recently launched partnership between the University of Edinburgh, Evotec and Bristol Myers Squibb to support drug discovery projects from early idea to formation of a spinout company.

beLAB1407 is a great opportunity to access significant funding of between £100K -£1.25M into early stage drug discovery projects for acceleration to clinic as well as mentoring and technical support.

Dr Mark Slack will introduce the concept of BeLab1407, the process and support available from this innovative partnership while Dr Scott Webster will outline his role and ambitions for drug discovery projects at the university.

Dr Slack and Professor Webster will be available for a short Q&A and discussion session at the end of the webinar, answering any questions you might have about how to engage with support from beLAB1407.

The beLAB1407 website provides an overview of the scheme and the opportunities provided.
